The purpose of the seminar is to introduce the sector of vocational education, exchange of knowledge and experiences on the way in which non-formal educational practice. The system can mutually nurture each other’s capacities, strength and experiences to configure a higher vocational field which can respond with greater relevance to the diversity of the needs of the youth and adult population that seeks to develop its potential and approach to this standard workforce.
